New for 2022 - SFP Introductory video for Parents

We are seeing a greater demand from parents for information on School Fee Plan and how they can use our service to pay their school fees monthly.  It's not always easy for schools to share this information with parents, so in order to help both admissions and fees teams, we are delighted to have produced a short, interactive information video. Click here to download

Fees In Advance Scheme

We welcome enquiries about paying fees in advance and ask that you contact [email protected] to advise your requirements and receive a quote.

Cash

We no longer accept cash payments.

Extras

Extras will currently be billed separately, usually in arrears, except for trips. We are reviewing options for on-line tools to improve our service offering.

Funds received will be applied to the earliest balance on the account. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to increase from time to time.

Late Payments

A late payment surcharge of 2% will be applied if fees are not paid on time. Parents will be notified by email or letter to bring their account up to date.

If fees still remain unpaid they are referred to the Chair of the Credit Committee.

If any part of the fee remains unpaid by the first day of half-term, the College reserves the right to refuse to re-admit the pupil and the amount unpaid will remain legally due and payable. Parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees, disbursements and charges including legal fees and costs reasonably incurred by the College in the recovery of any unpaid fees, regardless of the value of the claim.
