Welcome to the Admissions section of the website, where we outline the entry process for everyone considering Denstone College.

The College has three usual points of entry: First Form (11+), Third Form (13+) and Sixth Form (16+), although occasionally pupils join at other times. The Admissions team will be happy to discuss your individual circumstances.

Parents are able to visit the College by personal appointment and by attending our Open Mornings. We hold two Open Mornings per year, one during the Summer Term and one during the Michaelmas Term. Families are warmly encouraged to make individual appointments, which usually take in the region of two hours, at any point during the year. Such visits are a key part of the decision making process, and two hours is the minimum in which we can begin to show you what makes Denstone College one of the best independent schools in Staffordshire, and indeed the midlands.

Scholarships, bursaries and awards are also available for pupils applying to the College, and information on all, including Sixth Form scholarships, can be found in the relevant section. It may also be helpful for you to see the Admissions Policy.

Of course a website can only say so much about a school: we very much look forward to welcoming you to the College, to see for yourself what makes us special.
